Conditions & Cancellation Policy:

 Please note that accommodation and airport pickup will not be confirmed until all fees are paid.
*  
 Request for homestay accommodation must be received at least 2 weeks before student arival.
*  
 Accommodation booking is for minimum weeks, or length of study if shorter than 4 weeks.
*  
 Accommodation Placement Fee and Airport Pickup fee are not refundable
*  
 Full homestay fees are only refundable if cancellation received prior to 48 hours of arrival in Sydney
*  
 Homestay fees will incur 50% Cancellation fee if notification received within 48 hours of arrivals
